How much is shipping?

• InPost parcel locker (Poland) — PLN 17.00
• Courier (Poland) — PLN 17.00
• Courier, cash on delivery (Poland) — PLN 19.00
• Abroad — the price is calculated at checkout once you choose your country (cheapest courier for the parcel weight).

Digital files — no shipping, download link right after payment.

When do you ship?

Within 2 business days of payment (cash on delivery: of placing the order), unless the product page says otherwise (e.g. pre-order). Delivery in Poland usually takes 1–2 business days; abroad it depends on the country. You'll get an email with the tracking number once it ships.

Can I return my order?

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason:

1. email info@skratchorama.com (order number + what you're returning),
2. send the item back within 14 days to: Skratchorama, ul. Zdrojowa 29c/5, 87-720 Ciechocinek, Polska (return postage is on you; we don't accept COD parcels),
3. we refund you (including the cheapest delivery option to you) within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Exceptions: sealed records once the seal is opened, and digital files (you agree to immediate delivery at checkout) — these can't be returned.

My parcel arrived damaged or something's wrong

Email info@skratchorama.com with your order number and photos. If you can, ask the courier for a damage report — it helps with the carrier, but isn't required. We reply within 14 days; faulty items go back at our cost (we'll tell you how to send them).
